Cancellation of Appointments

24-hour notification or sooner is required when unable to attend a scheduled appointment to avoid losing the value of that session. Please understand that the schedule is heavily booked. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are scheduling hardships. When there is sudden illness, snow or severe weather, there is no penalty for same-day cancellations. We thank you for your support in this area.

We understand that there are last-minute emergencies and sudden illness. Speech and Voice Enterprises will offer “forgiveness” on one occasion without penalty for a same-day missed appointment with less than 24 hours of notification. If frequent absences or last-minute cancellations occur, we do offer a “program break” where you can return when your schedule normalizes.

Our Private Coaching Program Break Option

Before committing to a class, be sure you have the availability to meet the program’s demands. When excessive absences or rescheduling occurs (missing three or four sessions) you will be asked to consider a program break. We understand that things happen and change. You make take your break for as long as needed and return anytime for your remaining lessons within the year of your first date of attendance. The class must be completed within a year from the start date, or it will expire.

Money Back Guarantee for Private Coaching and One Day Seminars

We want to ensure that you feel fully comfortable with your professional development course. A money back guarantee if offered for the following session programs.

5-Session Program: A refund of remaining tuition will be provided if after 7 days from the date of the first class if you are not satisfied. Program materials are not refundable due to copyright sensitivity.
10-Session Programs: A refund of remaining tuition will be provided if after 14 days from the date of the first class you are not satisfied. Program materials are not refundable due to copyright sensitivity.
One Day Seminars: A refund is provided at the time of the first break at about 90 minutes into the course if you feel the seminar is not going to meet your learning objectives.

Refunds for Private, Group, Two-Day, and Online Self-Study Seminars

All live classes are non-refundable after the class guarantee has expired for private coaching and one day seminars. We provide a complimentary consultation for all private and group training classes, where not only your goals are discussed but the amount of time and practice required to have the goals accomplished. Work outside of all classes is required to meet the learning objectives. If the demands of the class are too difficult, a program break is permitted. Refunds are not permitted.

If we cancel…

If we cancel due to severe weather, illness or another unusual circumstance, we will offer a new date. If a participant is unable to make the new date, a full refund will be offered, or the tuition can transfer to a different training option.

Online Self-Study Classes can be taken on your own timeline. Before taking an online seminar, be sure you have the availability and discipline to complete a self-paced online course. Before purchasing an online class, ample information is provided on course content, design, expectations, and free classes and content videos are available before purchase. Due to the amount of information provided prior to purchase, refunds are not available due to the online range of the content.
